We ship all our products using a national courier service to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition & on time. . Shipping takes between 3 - 5 working days. Please give an extra day for Bank Holidays.  We take great care in packaging orders for delivery,  however, if there are any shipping damages or shortages a report must be made within 24hrs of receiving the product. Please email all information to info@thefancynest. Standard Shipping costs 9.95. Shipping on heavier items requires a pallet fee, which is more expensive. Please contact us for information. 


We hope you will find all our products of high quality. However, should there be a problem you can return your purchase within 7 days of purchase in its original condition and original packaging.  Please email us before returning your purchase.  Once your return is accepted, we will replace, repair or refund, where applicable.  We will issue you with a credit note for any unwanted products. No cash refunds, only in certain circumstances. If the products are unwanted, you are responsible for returning them to The Fancy Nest in their original condition. You are also responsible for the courier/postage fee should you wish to return the unwanted item.
